Great-sized and recently renovated units with new shower. A good choice of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Excellent location; helpful and extremely friendly staff.

Location - perfect and nice, close to the center, the centre of the town and a restaurant which is run by the rudest woman on planet Earth. Stylish twin/double room with 2 single beds.
Not so helpful staff!

The staff were both extremely friendly and helpful. My family room was available with an electric kettle, central heating, and an electronic key card. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and I truly enjoyed a clean bathroom. the location was magnificent, a short way from a delightful walled garden. You could walk to shopping malls and boutiques.

The best thing about this hotel is its fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance, including a supermarket just one minute away. You can easily explore Kilkenny and its attractions without any hassle. The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are comfortable with very comfy beds ensuring a good night's sleep.
That some areas of the room were not properly cleaned, like the lockers which had a layer of dust. However, overall, this hotel offers great value for money and basic amenities, making it an ideal choice for a stay in the city.

Great value for money city break. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a stone throw away from all the key attractions in the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. We appreciated the two complimentary drinks vouchers for the hotel bar, which added a nice touch to our evenings.
The entrance to the hotel was a little shabby and the check-in process could have been better organized. The shower needed some attention as the holder was missing, which made it difficult to use.

If you want to be at the heart of the action, this hotel is perfect. It's in the best location close to everything you'd need, making it very easy to get around. the room was comfortable with a good view and the service was fantastic. They provided everything we needed and offered some useful leisure facilities. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning - it's definitely worth giving it a try!
We did have one issue, but it was a minor one. the walls were a bit thin, so sometimes we could hear some noise from our neighbors.

I had a delightful stay at a hotel in a prime location. The bedroom was incredibly spacious, and my son was thrilled with the size of the bathroom. The best part was the perfect location, allowing us to easily explore the city by foot, take a charming little train ride, and visit the beautiful landmarks and stores nearby. I highly recommend this hotel and its ideal location for a memorable stay.

During our romantic escape, we appreciated the two complementary drinks offered at check-in and the complimentary breakfast. the hotel's location could not have been more perfect, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to local restaurants and shops.
We were disappointed with our room. It was not as advertised and lacked basic amenities.
